David-Ology 101
A great opportunity to promote David and his music – especially with BEGIN. ready to debut on August 7th! What is Ology? In a nutshell it’s a social networking site, much like Pinterest or Facebook, where you can post information like photos, vids or artwork related to any particular topic of interest. In this case, DAVID! You can also comment on posts to share your thoughts on the topic. It’s meant to connect people with common interests and allow them to share information.
The Ology site is sponsoring a contest for “The Best American Idol Finalist” and David is on the list! In case you haven’t seen the details on the contest, I’ll post them here. Then you can click on any of the graphics to go to the page where you can sign up to follow David on Ology and earn points for him to win the contest! Contest ends on 08/03/12 at 5:00pm EDT.
You can join using twitter or facebook so it’s easy! You can also use an email address to create an account. Once you’re logged in, click on David’s name as shown below, then click the large orange “FOLLOW” button on David’s page. Now you’re ready to post or comment! I had a good day today. Our DJ came in to get his Hair cut. First time there. I sat down with him and i shared everything that David had been doing here and in the phillipines. He said he wondered what had happen to him because he didn’t hear about him any more. I told him about Forevevmore and BEGIN. Mini series, where he is serving his mission . I mean i told everything he had done. He likes David ever since AI when he sang IMAGINE. I showed on my cell phone the cover of BEGIN. and what songs are on there. I asked if he could play Davids music more. He said of course. He said i just forgot about him. He said he would play songs from BEGIN. when it comes out. He can get them of itunes. If not i told him i would call him if it doesn’t get on itunes and i will personally take him a cd. I know him so i can remind him when the time comes. He was amazed at what David had been doing internationaly. I would like to share this tomorrow but don’t know how to put it on tomorrows comments. Can someone do it for me. I’m excited that he will play David music.

I’ve been stopping by each day to check out comments, but I’ve been so busy I haven’t had time to do so until the wee hours of the morning when everyone here is asleep. I therefore haven’t been posting any comments here this week. However, I signed up and tried to post comments on Ology, but as usual, I am so technologically challenged I can’t figure out how to get the comment to post. I type them in the comment box under the video I want to comment on, but is there a but or something that I have to press to make the comment post? My comments never get past just being in the typing box. I have been hitting the “like” buttons for a lot of videos, but I don’t know if that counts for points. I am HOPELESS!! Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I really appreciate David sending condolences to the victims of the Aurora shootings. It made me feel like he was there for me although I wasn’t a physical victim. All of the people here in the area are emotional victims and it will take time to heal. Thanks David! <3!!!!

Tami lyn – sorry, Shawn is a Catholic girl too like Jasmine. Just by reading the comments posted by some Mormons fans here on FOD , David can not marry a non Mormon which I don’t know why ? I am Catholic and it’s sad to feel like being discriminated. I have read a comment here one time before saying that she is not good as she is now if she is not a mormon. Why ? Any other faith can do the right thing ! I am just wondering how his fans in the Philippines would feel about this considering that over 90% of his Filipino fans are Catholics. Don’t we think they will get hurt too ? Sorry, just expressing my views !
Marie we have had this discussion before. I often wonder if David would marry a person who is not Mormon and looking at how much he loves his faith either she would convert Because otherwise its not going to happen. I’m pretty sure David want to marry in the temple. Yea he might missed the “right” girl but if that his way I respect him just like he respects us. David has never shoved on our faces his religion or like more his Mormon fans than his non Mormon. He truly likes each individual because that how David is.

Marie not lds but read that Mitt Romney’s wife Ann converted before he came home on his mission.. that seems to have worked out very nicely.
Pickles love that he doesn’t push things on us.. one of the many reasons I like him. but saying that it would be ok if he did a little of that with his music.
