NEW VLOG!! Finishing Up the Albummmm!

I took notes for you, ‘cuz I’m such a nerd:

• David was finishing up one of the last songs on the album today
• It’s been ‘crazy’ (“like whooooo”) and this was pretty much the last day of ‘mixing and mastering’ for all the songs
• He’s loved all the work and can’t wait for it to be finished so we can hear all his new songs
• He’s going to start doing RADIO PROMOTION!!!!! – South Carolina; Louisville, Kentucky; Ohio; Pennsylvania; New York!!!!!
  
• He’s excited to start TRAVELLING AGAIN!!!!!
• He might be singing another song we haven’t heard yet!!!  HINT, HINT, HINT!
• He hopes he can hit those notes because he hasn’t sang Something ‘Bout Love live yet – it’s kind of ‘high’ for him
• David hopes we like the official album cover, which we’ve already seen today
• He states again that he wanted this album to reflect his personality more since he’s still 19 and wants to show off his ‘goofy personality’; and that he wanted to make something that would make people feel good
• Then he sings a little bit of ‘Lovely Day’ because it’s a good day and lip synchs a little of  Jill Scott’s ‘Golden’ for us…
  

Gosh, David’s vlogs are sweet, wonderful and entertaining, but also downright educational when it comes to music I might never listen to  if it weren’t for him.  So thanks, David!

Now that was a long headline.

Crush Kids’ Cancer is the David Archuleta’s Angels team for Stand Up to Cancer, organized by Pecan Pie.  In the past two years, over $50,000 has been raised!  Oh yes, we are the team to beat!

This morning, a representative from Crush Kids’ Cancer was featured on The Early Show!  Well done, Marge (@semicolon09)!

Jennette McCurdy (Sam Puckett on iCarly), a good friend of David’s, released four new singles to iTunes today in anticipation of her new album with major label Capitol Nashville.

Not That Far Away was released a few weeks ago, and now we have Stronger, Put Your Arms Around Me, Break Your Heart, and Me With You.
