“Crush” is #99 on Billboard’s Best of the 2000s!
Congratulations David! This is such a huge accomplishment! I think this pertains to their digital downloads chart.
I am very happy to say that I found David on Billboard’s Decade End Chart! “Crush” is number 99 in Digital Songs. Being 99 out of 100 doesn’t sound like much of an achievement, but these charts are for the entire decade. TEN years of music. Even being on that chart is a tremendous thing.
Congratulations David! And way to go, David fans!

More Birthday Wishes
Hi there!
Just to let you know that David’s birthday was on my local newspaper “Standard Examiner” (Utah). It definitely brought a big smile to my face 
Also my husband is the clerk in my ward and after much begging he included David’s birthday on the church program (Sacrament Meeting program)…Bishop ok’d . Here I’m sending a pic of the program
The best thing, though, was this morning when I went outside and right on my front yard some of my young women from church brought a huge Birthday sign with pictures of David and balloons…Aww Happy 19th birthday David!

When you think about the fact Crush was only released last year, coming in at # 99 FOR THE DECADE says quite lot about the songs likability power and Davids vocals. Go Crush…hope it hits double platinum soon!

Hi Sounds like some of you are falling apart what with flu and index fingers and sleep deprivation (That would be Tina from yesterday.)
I went over to GA for the chat with David. It was fun. I had to leave to help my daughter after about 10 questions. I had just submitted one. “Have you ever heard any of David’s new songs– like Best Behavior?”
I left before he answered, but I asked later what he said. The answer was ..he heard part of one. He was walking by when David was on his laptop listening to one of his songs.
They said they would have a transcript of the QA. If I hear about it I’ll let you know.

I was just looking at the pictures I took of the crowd (audience would be a more cultured term) at SLC. I was taking a few pictures of my daughter and SIL and others I knew in the crowd. I need to send those pics to all those who are saying his fan base is tweens and moms. Just in the little section I took a picture of, I counted 60 men about the same women and no tweens. hmmmmm

Joanie I just gave the tickets to my SIL’s brother and he took his daughter.
They both just loved it and talked about it all the way home to Lehi. The dad is a really good singer and just was amazed at how good David was. He said when he started O Holy Night he thought to himself. Hmmm, he’s starting on that note? —-There’s no way he’ll reach that high note at the end. Just saying, he was blown away by him.

Patty- With David doing more writing the next couple of months, I dont think we can hope for a new cd till late summer or early fall. Maybe a single in the summer but that might be pushing things. Hopefully we will be pleasantly surprised!

Actually. Cassie, David is in 3rd place since december 28th, his birthday day. We got him the 3rd place just before midnight…
BUT Allison Ihareta´s fans are VERY mobilized (idol forums):
“Archie has surpassed Allie [crying.gif]
(I suspect it is younguns with time in their hands now that they have vacations… maybe they’ll tire of voting, and if we keep our constant voting may overtake him at another day)”.
The difference between Archie and Allison was +- 1500 votes… after Allison´s fans effort, it´s now +- 800 votes only… and decreasing! If we, Archie fans don´t react, our birthday effort will be lost and Archie will really turn to 4th place… sniff!
