HAPPY THANKSGIVING!
To David Archuleta fans in the US, HAPPY THANKSGIVING! Spend time with your families, eat TONS of food without worrying one bit about the repercussions and watch football even if you don’t like it.
We are so thankful for our families, our friends, David Archuleta fans who take the time to stop here and get some news on their favorite star and of course, David Archuleta. We’re shown daily that this special person is much more than a pop star.

I’m sitting in the lobby of the Plaza filled with a mix of emotions this morning. Tears of sadness because I have to leave this beautiful city, are mixed with the anticipation of being with my family again. I’ve missed them but could have happily continued on to Anne Arbor to see David perform live again.
My heart is full of wonderful memories of the past few days. Don’t have time to really post much today, but wanted to say to those who are planning to attend one of the remaining CFTH concerts you are in for an incredible treat. This was by and far the best I have ever seen David perform.

here a very blessed Thanksgiving with your loved ones. David keeps “raising the bar” and one-uping himself
each time he performs.

I am in awe of what I have seen in the videos the last two days!! He is just the most amazing musical talent
and person. We are so blessed to be “gifted” by him…both his music and his character. Sharing his journey with
all of you has brought me so much happiness.
I cannot wait to take my 4 “grands” to see him in St. Paul.
As I am reflecting on my blessings today, and giving thanks, I will include prays for David…his health, happiness,
and safety…his wonderful family…and all his fans who have become my friends!! I am sure this will be a very
difficult day for David and his family . Let’s keep them in our thoughts and prayers.

Happy Thanksgiving to everyone!! JoyF and I will be heading to the airport real soon. Meeting so many wonderful people has been an experience i will never forget!! Seeing David sing in his hometown has been a wonderful experience!! David was the best and I wish I go to every one of his concerts!

Hi kimk – yes, I was there! It was amazing – he handled the glitches like a pro and that made him even more endearing, if that’s possible! They really should have just started over on Pat-a-pan, I think! he really went to another place – Especially at the end of O Holy Night! He took us as far as he could to that place! It was so emotional! Can’t wait for Rexburg 12/4. It will be interesting to see without the scaled down orchestra we had here!

I am just in awe at how wonderful everyone was and oh!..the love for David is so everywhere…..I can’t explain allthe feeling I have right now…it has been the most wonderful experience….when i get home I am writing this all up….so much great stuff!

See you made it home in one piece. I walked in the door to Corey and Kyle rockin’ out to The Steve Miller Band in the living room. My daughter brought “Rock Band” down and they were blaring the music. Corey was beatin’ on th drums and Kyle was “wailin’ on that guitar.”
Dinner turned out delicious. Guess my family can get along without me.
Not really. They were glad to see me. 
Got the tree up and was able to to listen to David while decorating. Then Chris helped me clean the kitchen.
I showed my oldest son the video I have of David singing “The Riddle.” He was really impressed and asked me if David sang Silent Night. Guess he really likes that one.

Hello Everyone! I’m trying to watch you tube vids of Davids two SLC concerts, but they keep pausing. It takes twice as long to watch a video. It use to happen once in a great while, but its been going on for a couple weeks. Once in awhile I get through a video without it stopping & starting, but now its almost every video & it driving me crazy. Anyone have any info or suggestions on this?

Was disappointed that Joanie didn’t wear stilettos! I am beginning to think it’s all a fairy tale. She wore FLATS!!!!!

224/Jana-LOL- she wears them, I have been witness to the awesomeness of the stilettos. Red ones, black ones, leopard print ones, too cute! I never had a doubt that you would have the time of your life in SLC. I know I did when I was there. I am so happy for you and everyone that was there, the videos were nothing short of sublime.
The first night I finally was able to introduce myself to David. He was very sweet. I had my pic taken but it’s not posted because of my work restrictions, Kristin emailed it to me. The second night I didn’t go up to him, he was on vocal rest and there were so many people!! Out of respect, I just sat in the chair right across from him, (Julie and I, I think Shelley may have been there for part of it too) He was so sweet and accommodating to all, lots of smiles.
I also had my ticket picked to ask him a question, but there were so many middle aged women there, I gave the ticket to a darling young girls so she could go up and ask a question. She asked him how he maintains his high standards when others in the biz are different, he gave a phenomenal answer. I was proud
Alex smiled and waved at me from the stage, he was acting kinda goofy. Lupe smiled and waved during the duet. I was able to speak with Brett and Cindy, Brett is pretty cool by the way. Also Richard showed some of us around Temple square. What a guy. Hew as really entertaining and interesting too. (at teh brunch)

KIMK~There were alot!! Maybe over 150~175. It had to be exhausting for David. You wouldn’t have known it. He was sooooo endearing at the soundcheck thingie, especially the first day. He really is funny, just a fantastic sense of humor.
The second night he sang Mary did you know..second time I have heard it. Last time he sang it was at the Seattle VIP..which i was at also. He sang the whole thing and kept asking us what the words were..cute.

I am so glad I experienced this. It makes up for the times I couldn’t get away and the Portland cancellation. Also meeting everyone was incredible. Made some new friends etc.
I am so excited for all of you who have upcoming concerts, David gets better and better as his tours progress..don’t know if that’s possible..in this case..haha. but you are in for such a treat. Parenting is not easy, but it is quite apparent from David’s word’s and actions, that his parents have been there for their children with much love, guidance, and devotion.
