Just wanted to take another moment to thank Nat one more time for designing the bright, happy, snowy, festive look for FOD this holiday season!

OK…I love that I have to keep updating this! David Archuleta’s Christmas from the Heart has moved up on iTunes overnight AND on the Billboard 200 chart this week! GG posts these in the comments almost daily, but I’ll bring them up here as well!

Look for some party crashers next week on this chart (John Mayer, Norah Jones, Justin Bieber), but I like the upward momentum! The little tiny star by his number indicates titles with the greatest gain in airplay and sales this week. Guess what? Archie’s got a little little tiny star!!

David and Kris Allen were the two headliners mentioned on PEOPLE.COM as attendees at the John Mayer Beacon Theater Show Tuesday night! Ya…still squeeing…
American Idol’s Kris Allen and David Archuleta caught John Mayer’s intimate show at New York’s Beacon Theater in person. (The concert also aired live on Fuse.) Meanwhile, Aeromsith’s Steven Tyler was also there, sitting 20 rows back in the orchestra, with his girlfriend Erin Brady. The rocker greeted dozens of fans who approached him. “Steven was having fun, getting into John’s music, and loving the attention from his fans,” says a source.

iradio belongs to one of the biggest radio groups in Taiwan. Fortunately, Christmas from the Heart is included in their “Western Music” weekly countdown chart. They will broadcast the top five every Saturday night from 10:00pm to 12:00. So the winners get radio spins which means exposure of course. Here is where we need your help. Voting is very easy. You don’t need to register or sign in. Everyone can vote three times in a week, once every 24 hours. But since everything is in Chinese, we need a little instructions here. Below are step-by-step guidelines of how to vote. We need votes to get David’s christmas album played in Taiwan, so more new fans can be recruited. Thank you very much.

I love this new banner. So bright, festive, and just plain perfect. I don’t comment very often, but I am just so dang excited about next week here in Utah, that I can hardly stand it. I am going to both VIP”s and to the brunch on Wednesday. I just emailed Joy to thank her for all her efforts with the brunch and told her about my extra ticket to the Wednesday concert. I bought a VIP, but my husband and a friend and her husband wanted to go, so I also bought 4 tickets just to the concert. I will be using those 4 tickets, but the VIP concert ticket I get at the VIP will not be used unless someone anyone knows who can’t afford to go and would love to go even though they would be alone (well, not too alone with all those David VIP fans around them) would like it. I would gladly meet them that night at the venue and give them the ticket. Joy suggested I email FOD and maybe you could post it or something. I have no idea how to email you so I decided to just comment here. So, Jenny or Becky, just let me know if anyone might like to have this ticket.
These 2 VIP’s are my birthday present to myself this year. What better present could I give to myself than to spend 2 wonderful days full of David Archuleta and his wonderful fans!!! Not one material thing in this world could replace this present. Thanks so much FOD for such a wonderful site to be able to come to several times a day and read all the posts and fun comments. I am so glad I am not alone in my obsession with this super talented young man.

Me too, JoyF! I love school! awww, cool! Home school! I write my papers from different disciplines and perspectives. I use a minimum of 3 different disciplines. The one I am writing now is using Economics, Political Science, History, Anthropology and Psychology to solve an Educational problem.

Another paper I am writing is taking the presidencies of Nixon and LBJ and looking at class and personality and how it affected the presidency. I am looking at that from a Psychological, Political, Social, Economic, and Historical perspective.

JOyF, I wanted to say to you that I am glad that you are out of harms way with possible flooding from the Green River. We use to live on the south side of Maple Valley near Black Diamond. I don’t think there is much danger there, but some of my friends said that people in the area were talking about evacuation plans, etc. Just so glad that you will be OK if they have to let water out of the dam. AND, I am so excited you get to meet with all of the FODers this next week! And you get to meet at the Lion House? AWESOME place! And very close to temple square. I wonder if they will have the lights on yet…..I am so jealous! But have a wonderful time! Is Richard coming too?

ummmm……It is just east of the hall about……3-4 blocks. The hall is on the SW side of temple square and the Lion house is on the NE side. It isn’t a bad walk. The Lion house is part of the original home where Brigham Young lived. You will walk past or thru temple square to get to the Abravenal Hall. I am so excited for you guys! I am not sure when they turn the Christmas lights on at temple square, but it is beautiful and they have a life size manger scene too. Anyway, you guys will have a blast…a wonderful time I am sure!

AND unless there’s a huge line, you can probably have more than one signed. hehe
and someone said that sales at christian bookstores don’t count at soundscan so these sales will do nothing for david’s billboard chart position or numbers but oh well.

Hooray for living in Utah. Boy, is my joy never going to end. Now a CD signing, even though it is a good 40 minutes from my house in Kaysville, but that’s okay. I am sure it will be crowded. I was able to get a signature on one of my CD’s at the Women’s Conference last month, but I would be glad to get some more signed for anyone else. Mine is put away for safe keeping and will probably never get played cause I don’t want it scratched at all. I have one in my car, one on my surround sound stereo at home and on my ipod. I can never be without “The Voice”" ever. So if anyone wants to send me money to buy them another one to be signed I would be glad to do it. They are on sale at target right now for $11.98 instead of the $13.99, but just let me know. Anything for David fan’s!!!!

285/JoyF-Im not sure, I was with Joanie, she was our “Guide” so to speak and took us everywhere in Murray, & SLC, even up to SnowBird ski resort. She really went out of her way to see that we had the best time, that we saw all that was David related, was gracious enough to take the time to tell us the history about each and every place. Even took us to Davids Target!! It was an experience I will never forget, I cant wait to go back!
