Paulo Coelho is the author of “The Alchemist,” a book that David was reading only a short time ago. Jason Castro tweeted about it was well! It is a book about life and dreams that has been a best-seller since it’s release over 20 years ago.

Hello everyone! The first Christmas From The Heart concert is almost here! As you all know, the first two concerts will be in Salt Lake City, Utah!!! In less than three weeks, I will be attending these two concerts and would love to meet all those who will be attending! I have talked to many of you who would love to have a little gathering/reunion! I am not aware of any plans that have been made.
In order to have a gathering/reunion, we need to get started right away. First things first, we need to know how many are interested in attending. If you would like to attend, please email me at foddavidg@gmail.com so we can have a head count.
Please let me know which Salt Lake City concerts you will be attending and what day and time is best for you to attend the gathering/reunion. We will be trying our best to make this happen.
As of now, JoyF, Lettie, Tina, LizardJ, and I are on the list to help out. We will need everyone’s help! If you can help or have any ideas, please let me/us know! I am very excited to be attending these concerts and to meet you all!

SLC VIP tix for someone special
Snarkies is gifting a VIP tix to the first show in SLC on 11/24. We need your help in finding that person. They must have their own transportation to SLC, provide their own lodging and be at least 18 or able to make arrangements with someone attending the VIP to chaperone them.
We would really love this VIP to go to someone who loves David, who supports David, and is inspired by David. Someone who has maybe never met him before, or has only said ‘hey’ in passing. Someone who without a VIP gift, they would not be able to meet David, or maybe not even attend the concert. If you know someone who fits these categories, let us know! Shoot us an e-mail! Tell us a little bit about the person you are nominating. Why do they deserve it? What makes their love for David so big?

Boy do I feel dumb tonight. In my “busyness” of raising 4 kids, I somehow did not read “The Alchemist” by Paulo Coelho. I got through all of the Harry Potter series (x2) among others, but I didn’t read “The Alchemist.” I guess it’s been written in 67 different languages!!!! It is the next book I’ll read!
I wonder what his connection to David is? It says in Wiki that he used to be a songwriter and that he likes pop. He’s also written many novels . He also has >178,000 followers on twitter so when he tweeted that he was now following David, David’s name reached a LOT of people!!!

Feeling a little better. Whatever I had was short-lived but left me very drained like my body put up a good fight.
I’m trying to decide what to do about packing for SLC. I have a nice outfit that needs to be taken to the dry cleaners. If I do that here… it’ll be wrinkled by the time I get to SLC. If I do it there, it may not get done in time. I think I’m going to have to pay that dang $15.00 charge for a suitcase because of the outfit. Sure don’t want to cram it in a tiny carry on. And I still need to buy a pair of shoes.
As you can tell, I’m tired and really have nuthin’ to say.

92/ yep mrs. mary – he’s probably the most typical ”atypical” teenager we’re aware of… the david we’ve seen is on video, vlogs, meet and greets, read about in articles is but a small part of the sum total of his personality on display… i’m sure if we were around him 24/7 we’d see just perhaps how much the typical normal teenager, in ”atypical” circumstances, he really is… i love these little glimpses he gives us into himself, and the way he lets them slowly seep out in his tweets, vlogs, and other communications w/the fans… he knows or seems to know just how much to reveal, and what to keep to himself – watch him grow up and transition from a teenager into a young man this past 18 months has been a remarkable journey – and we ain’t done yet, hahaha

SLC VIP tix for someone special
Snarkies is gifting a VIP tix to the first show in SLC on 11/24. We need your help in finding that person. They must have their own transportation to SLC, provide their own lodging and be at least 18 or able to make arrangements with someone attending the VIP to chaperone them.
We would really love this VIP to go to someone who loves David, who supports David, and is inspired by David. Someone who has maybe never met him before, or has only said ‘hey’ in passing. Someone who without a VIP gift, they would not be able to meet David, or maybe not even attend the concert. If you know someone who fits these categories, let us know! Shoot us an e-mail! Tell us a little bit about the person you are nominating. Why do they deserve it? What makes their love for David so big?
All eligible names will be placed in a hat and one name will be drawn at random. Plz include contact info for the the person you are suggesting.

Doing great DFT – I emailed our local radio station last week to ask when then were going to start playing Christmas music this year. Just happened to mention CFTH, about how fabulous It was and I hoped I’d be hearing it a lot on their station. The PM said he had he had listened to David’s “song” and thought it was really good. No direct word on whether or not they will play it. And I don’t know what he meant by “song”! Only one song on the CD or did he mean the whole CD? IDK! But I put a bug in his ear, at least!

2. click on the ”can’t find my song/artist” link [1st one underneath ‘artist’ in the ‘request a song’ pop up box…
3. fill out the boxes that populate at the bottom of the request textbox with the required info…, and submit
if i recall correctly, jive submitted 3 songs for radio play to the stations — ”joy to the world”, the charice duet ”have yourself a merry little christmas”, and ”melodies of christmas”…. let’s request these three first, see how that goes – start requesting these three team on disney!

Hello everyone! The first Christmas From The Heart concert is almost here! As you all know, the first two concerts will be in Salt Lake City, Utah!!! In less than three weeks, I will be attending these two concerts and would love to meet all those who will be attending! I have talked to many of you who would love to have a little gathering/reunion! I am not aware of any plans that have been made.
In order to have a gathering/reunion, we need to get started right away. First things first, we need to know how many are interested in attending. If you would like to attend, please email me at foddavidg@gmail.com so we can have a head count.
Please let me know which Salt Lake City concerts you will be attending and what day and time is best for you to attend the gathering/reunion. We will be trying our best to make this happen.
As of now, JoyF, Lettie, Tina, LizardJ, and I are on the list to help out. We will need everyone’s help! If you can help or have any ideas, please let me/us know! I am very excited to be attending these concerts and to meet you all!
