SLC VIP tix for someone special
Snarkies is gifting a VIP tix to the first show in SLC on 11/24. We need your help in finding that person. They must have their own transportation to SLC, provide their own lodging and be at least 18 or able to make arrangements with someone attending the VIP to chaperone them.
We would really love this VIP to go to someone who loves David, who supports David, and is inspired by David. Someone who has maybe never met him before, or has only said ‘hey’ in passing. Someone who without a VIP gift, they would not be able to meet David, or maybe not even attend the concert. If you know someone who fits these categories, let us know! Shoot us an e-mail! Did I tell you I went to FYE to promote David’s CFTH CD? They let me put up a poster on the side of their refrigerator that faces there front window
And they said I could only put flyers in the medtro times there. After I did that I approached a sales person who was putting out the Christmas CD’s and I asked him how David’s sales were going? We looked and I didn’t see any of his CD’s, so I said are you going to get his CD’s in?
So I went to the end of the isle and say his CD, and said…no wonder nobody knows his CD is here it is on the bottom shelf. ha,ha So he was kind enough to move it on the top shelf
My next move lol So then I told him that he was coming to the Ann Arbor for a Concert with the Syn. Orchestra, he knew who David was and I offered him a flyer and he took it
He did not know he was coming to Ann Arbor. After that, I stood outside and asked people if they would like a flyer for the concert and promoted his album as well

David Archuleta Helps Launch Lisa Lopes Medical Center
October 30, 2009
David Archuleta and Angels For A Cause (AFAC) will partner with the Lisa Lopes Foundation (LLF) to help raise $10,000 to launch the new medical center in Honduras.
The Lisa Lopes Foundation medical center will serve thousands of families and children living in impoverished areas of Honduras, with health conditions among the worst in the Western Hemisphere. Honduras is the second poorest country in Central America.
An estimated 1.5 million Hondurans were without access to health care in 2008. With the highest Aids rate in Central America, the quality and access to health care are directly tied to income levels. Health care for the urban and rural poor is extremely limited.
The Lisa Lopes Foundation medical center – named after the late TLC singer Lisa Lopes – will provide free health services, establish an ongoing rotation of dental and medical brigades that will provide on-site services, ensure that the center is prepared with the basics in dental and medical supplies and provide a comfortable working environment for Medical and Dental Brigades or anyone servicing the area and staying at the center.

I think they need to do more promoting to sell his CD and fill the Venues, I just don’t see that happening on TV or on the radio stations where I live. I have emailed my radio stations, but none of them have posted his concert in Ann Arbor, I don’t get that?
Pam well I think the Baltimore show is selling extremely well as I hear it and it does cost to advertise so perhaps that is an issue as well. the issue for SLC and Ann Arbor may be the folks who travel like me and well most of us can’t make it at Thanksgiving?

Hi..for 2 seconds, lol. pam05~ You are amazing! David needs more fans to do what you do. I did my renegade duties yesterday, stopping at 7 different stores. Got so mad at Target; not only are David’s CDs at the bottom, but there’s a display by the registers that has 4 Christmas CDs, not including his. Fixed that, and “dropped” a flyer on the bottom row of the display. Did the same at Best Buy, and at one WalMart that is sold out. I even put one in the women’s restroom….Looks like the PCA voting may be over: “Sofia Vergara to present nominees for PEOPLE’S CHOICE AWARDS 2010! Come back here Tuesday @ 9AM PST for updates and live pics of event! 1:36 Nov 6th”…And Adam may be performing. Oh my gosh. *Sigh*

Hello everyone! The first Christmas From The Heart concert is almost here! As you all know, the first two concerts will be in Salt Lake City, Utah!!! In less than three weeks, I will be attending these two concerts and would love to meet all those who will be attending! I have talked to many of you who would love to have a little gathering/reunion! I am not aware of any plans that have been made.
In order to have a gathering/reunion, we need to get started right away. First things first, we need to know how many are interested in attending. If you would like to attend, please email me at foddavidg@gmail.com so we can have a head count.
Please let me know which Salt Lake City concerts you will be attending and what day and time is best for you to attend the gathering/reunion. We will be trying our best to make this happen.

SLC VIP tix for someone special
Snarkies is gifting a VIP tix to the first show in SLC on 11/24. We need your help in finding that person. They must have their own transportation to SLC, provide their own lodging and be at least 18 or able to make arrangements with someone attending the VIP to chaperone them.
We would really love this VIP to go to someone who loves David, who supports David, and is inspired by David. Someone who has maybe never met him before, or has only said ‘hey’ in passing. Someone who without a VIP gift, they would not be able to meet David, or maybe not even attend the concert. If you know someone who fits these categories, let us know! Shoot us an e-mail! A cute little friend of mine (that I talked into buying CFTH ) brought me over some cupcakes and a card. Inside the card is a picture of me and David. (David is photoshopped in.) It was so funny. Her husband came with her to deliver the present, but I was at choir practice. He wanted to see my face. This face was smiiiiling

Pt4d, Many people don’t even start shopping for Christmas until the day after Thanksgiving. I am one of those and I plan on buying many CFTH cds for stocking stuffers, etc. hope the stores are well stocked.

dh – I haven’t heard about any of the other band members. I would expect this tour to be a bit different obviously because of the Christmas music. Maybe there will be some surprise instruments/musicians added to the mix. I do agree though Mike K and David seemed to be a great team!!
