I work at a bar and grill some nights during the week and was wondering today at work if the jukebox there would have any Archie on it. We have one of those digital ones and of the songs the bar has there was only Crush. But i also did a super search for archuleta and voila! they had his whole first CD and to my surprise lol the entire christmas CD as well. Since I had to do the superseach they cost 2 credits instead of 1 but it would still be well worth it. I couldnt bring myself to play the christmas music there already lol figured I’d just keep listening to it in my car and at home and save it for the restaurant untill at least thanksgiving. Just thought I’d share in case any of you are somewhere that has one of these digital jukeboxes so you could play a song if you wanted to

David on My Radio!

I just heard one of David’s songs on the radio for the first time! Honest! I have tried to find him on the radio, even asking my niece. She told me four radio stations she has heard him on and I set those in my work truck. I would hit all four and pick one to listen. After the song ends I check all four stations again and listen to one of them again. This started last December! I drive maybe two hours a day! I thought it was starting to be wierd by March, but still no David until tonight. I got in the truck at 10pm (eastern time) and Crush had just started. It was on the Delilah show which is nationally syndicated, I think. So I was thinking this is a special day, but then David tweeted about having a bison burger and hearing Crush on the radio in the restaurant!!!! His tweet showed 10:11 pm! I suspect he heard it on the Delilah show. How cool is that? On the other hand how very uncool to have to wait a year. Fortunately I have cd’s and Ipod and youtube on the laptop, so it has been a very David year, just not on my radio, LOL.

when you see him, can you please tell him to wear warm clothes, so he won’t get sick. He usually doesn’t like to wear a heavy jacket, but he should, for his own health. Plus he has to perform almost every day. Tell him to bring the blue ski jacket that he wore at Macy’s parade last year to the tour. It will come in handy when he goes outside.

Most teens I know are pretty busy worrying about what everyone thinks of them. This results in lots of play acting. David seems so comfortable with himself he can say and do whatever he wants without all the social pressure. It’s a pleasure to listen to him. He’s so real.
