How did David prepare?  How were the songs chosen?  What was the process of songwriting, orchestration, recording vocals, and mixing?  What about all of the allusions in “Christmas Melodies?”  Who played in the orchestra?  Who sung in the children’s choir?  Who did the background vocals?  Was Jive supportive?  How in the world did David fit this in while he was on tour?!  What are his favorite songs?  What were the most difficult songs to sing?  Are there funny stories from the studio?
