Fantastic! Not sure what he’s doing at the gala, but David just tweeted from and was seen at The ASCEND Alliance gala. We’re not sure if he’s going to perform. We’ll keep you posted!

John Donvan Award (given for real quality)
John Donvan asked the Twitter Nation, “Who is your role model?” I think we may have overwhelmed him a bit with our love and support of Mr. David Archuleta. Please check out John’s biography here for more information on this esteemed news reporter.
It’s wholly agreed that David Archuleta is more than just a good role model. Say it with me: We want him to be our big brother, our boyfriend, our husband, our daughter’s husband, our OWN son for crying out loud! It’s a great deal of weight to put on someone’s shoulders. Good thing for David that he just IS a good human being. He’s not perfect. He’s not an angel or a diety. But he’s sure as heck a smart, caring, empathetic, enigmatic man and I love that he’s getting this bit of recognition for that.
After being inundated with tweets about how David is a role model for today’s youth (and not-so-youth, quite frankly), John did some reporting and tweeted this…
Anyone as curious as me as to when, where or what this means? Is this going to be on TV? The ABC World News? Nightline? Will he try to interview David? Will there be a piece on David’s favorite charities and his qualities as a role model? What’s the dealio? We’re all working to find that out. Let us know if you hear back from John!

Ta wanted to share something that’s been on her mind. In doing so, she’s brought a really adorable interview back in front of us! FUN!
Every time I heard someone said “thanks for the heads up” I always thought of David in this video that Marylee kindly sent to me because I could not find it.
Lately I heard it a lot in comment sections because everyone wanted the heads up about David’s winter tour.
Heather L just made a comment #104 today, so I feel that it will be fun for everyone to see. It’s a 9 min. long. Only at 8.00 – 8.12 mark, a pretty girl said “I’m your future wife, David answered “thanks for the heads up” I thought it was a very good answer & funny. It made me smile just to think about it.
I also love at 8.13 – 8.57 mark. He was very sweet & gentle to his young fans. They were very excited to see him. I would want David to be a role model for my son, if I have one. Haha, David won Donvan Award. He deserved it.

Hi Scott! Hi Heartsong! Hope you start to feel better soon! I’ve been debating about whether to go get my flu shot yet. I always get it but I don’t want to get it too early. I don’t know why but I tend to get sick during the month of March. I usually get the shot in October/November so it lasts through to April.
