Ho Joanie, I too LOVE the read cover art of Rabids, I finally managed to get it on my computer but havent been able to use it as a my background. Computer doesnt recognize the program it was created in. But at least I can now look at it!

Those numbers for Amazon are pretty darned good considering you can only order 3! I tried ordering more last night, and it wouldn’t let me, so I went to Wal Mart’s site and ordered from them also! Why are they limiting the sale of this CD??? Anybody know???

42/ hi cm/yakima – no idea… and those amazon numbers are pretty darn good! they’ve remained pretty consistent, and have shown spikes in some categories after the addition of the cover… i can prove that the cover has the sole factor in helping some of these position spikes, but it sure hasn’t hurt… which gives me a good feeling about it when it’s displayed in the big box stores – the cover shouldn’t pose any hindrance to this cd selling…

it doesn’t appear to be hindering preorders on amazon, and though unproven, the addition may have helped drive some sales after it was added… i think the cover will be a non factor in the decision to buy/not buy when it’s released on the 13th… my concern is will jive and the distributors have / keep and replenish the stock adequately in the stores, and online, will there be adequate and effective promo for the cd, etc…

Russ….OOoh…delmonico is one of my very favorite steaks! They have such good flavor and are so tender!
who knows? i don’t look for there to be much comparison, outside of the similarity in album titles… dylan is a legend, an icon… our david is awesome, but he’s still a journeyman compared to the accomplishments and stature of dylan… vocally, for me, there is no comparison…
but to dylan diehards and the critics, that’s never seemed to matter, hahahah… he’s dylan, thus untouchable… hopefully, in 40 years time, david will one of the few accorded the same stature – admittance in the ”he can do anything he dang well pleases” club 
Whoah! I’m a little worried about David’s Christmas album leaking… Songs from Mariah’s album has started to leak on YT and stuff like this could cause sales to drop. I have to say though lot’s of slow jam music in her album.

Russ Even though we are inland it floods a lot as there are many rivers and such and I live approximately 100 feet from a stream that usually turns into a roaring river on most downpours. ha might just start thinking about it. North raleigh is very nice as it still has a country charm while in the close proximity of a large city. Similar to Harrisburg when I lived in Mechanicsburg PA? Nice folks too.

This morning at work I had to register on a government site to be able to complete some forms for my company. They have you choose a name for your ID and a password and give you the usual security questions in case you forget your password. With each security question there is a dropdown list of questions to choose from, mother’s maiden name, paternal grandmothers name, etc. One selection was who is your favorite entertainer? There is only one answer to that question. I don’t think I will forget it.

Russ, I havent had a steak since 1980,lol. My family & I went to Ortonville, MN a little town on a fourth of July weekend once & we ate at a place called the Matador. I ordered the small dinner steak & it was still huge. I could only eat about 1/2 of it, but it was the best thing I ever had. It just glided down your throat. The next night I ordered a sandwhich steak, which I thought it would be much smaller. Well it was smaller, I guess, lol. I still couldnt eat all of it, but again, it was out of this world. I’m the opposite of Candy, I like my meat well done. However, there is an art to cooking a steak or hamberger well done & still retain its flavor. Put a cover on it for starters. It cooks it faster without burning it & locks in all the flavor & juices. I’ve never had another steak, because I dont think anything could compare to the ones I had in little Ortonville, MN,lol.

Hi everyone! Okay I just love Rabid’s promo for the Christmas CD, especially the red one! It looks so Christmasy! I’m really hoping we get to hear some snippets from it as well, just like when the pop album came out. I remember how excited we all were to get a little taste of David’s first album!
I’m getting so excited as the album release date draws near. Here’s hoping that we get to hear about tour dates soon too!
Candy, My stomach is doing ok right now, I’ve just been hesitant to go to crazy. It wasnt to much fun a couple weeks ago, so I guess I’m a little gunshy about it. I think we’ve figured it out, so its just a matter of finding the right balance with diet, stress management & exercise. Its amazing how much working on those things can help. Hey, maybe my stomach & your back can just follow David from Christmas concert to concert & tv appearance to tv appearance. Sounds like it would do my stomach & your back a world of good. Do you think we can get notes from our Doctors saying thats what we need to fully recover? Whats great is where my stomach goes, I go & where your back goes you go. So we would be able to attend all of Davids appearances. I think I’m going to call my doctor tommorrow & pitch this idea to her. Gosh, I hope she goes for it,lol.
I like my steaks medium rare…but only becau if you order it well done, he translate that into charcoal briquette. So, I order medium-well, and if it is too rare I send it back for a little more heat.

Scott, I agree with you I really like the cover. When I look at it, his beautiful face just pops out and then those eyes…not a whole bunch of stuff to distract from it. I like the background simple and pure and not busy…simple like David likes things. I also think David has a sweet angelic look on his face that would make you want to here O Holy Night, Silent Night etc. with that angelic voice. I go to Amazon and search Christmas music and guess what his cd stands out because you spot his amazing face right off. I actually think this cover will help sell the album…….Just my Opinion whether wanted or not LOL….
Someone mentioned they couldn’t buy more than 3 albums from Amazon….is that recent because I pre-ordered 5 and had no problem….
