Archurandomness
It’s long but entertaining. Take a look:
We have another installment of Archurandomness we have had a whirlwind
week catching up with friends and family (and we just may have
discovered some fans along the way)
Brianna (archieluver here)First we join the archudorable babies that
you already know! our famous dynamic duo from all the other
Archurandomness stories we have told! The baby continues to love David
and enjoy the VIP pass he also responds to music and “dances” which as
you can imagine is quite entertaining as he can’t walk stand or even
crawl. Then comes the little 2 year old I was sleeping over…
well I didn’t wind up sleeping beacause the babies don’t sleep through
the nite the 6 year old stole all my stuff and made me lie on the wood
floor all night but you can’t blame her for stealing my pillow because
it had a pillow case which is very cozy (not that I got the chance to
know that or anything) so anyway the 2 year old saw my David pillow
that I brought for the (sleepless) sleep over and she was screaming
“DAVID PILLOW DAVID PILLOW’ over and over again she was soo excited so
then she jumped and landed on the pillow and she was like “poor David”
over and over again so cute my cousins (10 and 6) my sister and I
couldn’t figure out why she kept doing it if she thought she was
hurting him… if only you could know what went through young
children’s minds so I brought out my ipod as a special treat (big
mistake) she LOVED watching “David movies” (his music videos) and so
later on while we were “dressing the baby”…. fine he was dressed we
were fussing over how cute he looked in at hat she went and stole my
sister ipod and tried to use it to get more “David movies”
So later in the week we went to visit our other cousins (7 and 5)
and they LOVE David so my 7 year old cousin came over and told me
he had the American Idol Wii game and went through and found I video
of David sing Imagine on it and then my cousins asked their mom to put
David “on the radio” (we were streaming an ipod into a radio) and
then the little 5 year old begged and cried and screamed until her mom
put on David ( I love these kids) so then we were up in the 7 year
old’s room and he was talking to me about David’s album and he asked
what my fav was I said “IDK I love them all” he said “I love them all
too but my fav is Desperate” (or something like that) and then we
talked a lot about David
Perhaps the funniest moment I ever had because of David is this one.
It was also very awkward. LOL So here we go. I went upstairs with my
little 5 year old cousin to look at her bedroom. When we were up there
she asked did you meet David Archuleta. I said “yes” she asked “did
You hug him” “yes” “did you kiss him” (attempt to stifle laughter)
Seriously this was soooo funny and cute!!! So I said “no” and it gets
better she asks “why not” now keep in mind she is 5 years old so how
can I possibly explain true love to a 5 year old. LOL So I just
respond ” I didn’t kiss him because I just met him and I don’t think
that he wanted to kiss me yet” LOL seriously this may have been the
funniest conversation of my life!!!
So last night we went out with my brother’s b-ball team and we in an
arcade type thing so one of the little boys on his team happens to be
waiting for the same arcade game as me and so we have some time to
chat …. kinda weird because I’ve never said a word to him before so
anyway he sees my VIP pass (that I am still wearing from 6/21 call me
crazy) and we start talking about David so he asks “did you go to the
concert” I’m like” yeah I did’ then his whole face ligths up and he is
like “awesome” then he asks “how did you get the VIP pass” “I bought
it” “how much was it” “200 dollars” “where did you go… together
(because he sees the city on my VIP pass ” Hartford” “who went with
you” “my mom my sister and my aunt” was the show good together “yeah
of course”… just goes to show you never know when you will run into
a new David fan!
So during this week I also had to go to the orthodontist and the
“nurse” or whatever it is called in orthodontic terms (maybe one of
you has a better term) was working on my teeth and she just stops and
looks at the VIP pass and starts talking to me about when and where I
went to the concert and if he was good…uuumm I would go with more
amazingly incredibly awesomely awesometastic but I said he was really
good (you can’t talk to much ot go through that whole thing while you
have 90 pounds of rubber being slammed into your mouth LOL) it was
great!
All in all this was a super busy week but it was an amazing week
filled with lots of David and funtastic archurandomness

Cleveland Fan Story
Cleveland Story
OK this was my second concert and FIRST time meeting David. So yes the excitement was so hard to contain. I went with my husband to the VIP!! I am just going to go right to the point where David walks in. Ok so the heart is pounding fast and palms and body are sweating like crazy. Kristin keeps saying he will be here any minute now…over and over. Then David walks in……ok now my body is totally melting in my chair …..if that is possible. Sorry can not really explain it. Yikes …right in front of my husband. Ok I am telling myself to be calm …be calm…..yeah right ….David just walked in. David had on a black t-shirt and a black scarf. David came in all smiles and was surprised by our reception . We were clapping and screaming. At first he was very shy and did not know what to say but then he warmed up and was cracking us up. He told us he sent a blog but he thought it did not go through. He asked us if we got it and everyone was quiet and then David looked confused for a minute. Kristin had told us to put all cell phones up and not to video or take pics. So David did not realize Kristin said that and we had to explain to David why we were not getting our cell phones out. HA HA
He told us about he had a good week visiting all the historical places and that he was happy because of it.
He then asked us where we were from and a lady shouted out Alaska! David was so surprised and jump up from his chair and asked to shake her hand. Well a hand shake turned into a HUG……smart lady. HA HA David said Alaska was the only state he had not got a letter from. He asked her if she was going to the concert in Alaska and she said YES ……David then made some remark that he will have at least one fan there. ( David you still do not get it you will have lots of fans everywhere you go to support you!)
The first song he sang was Crazy. All I can say is Whoa…….. Wait am I still alive…… The emotion he showed singing that song was incredible ……like he was yearning for something. He just draws all of us in with him. Just Beautiful! After he sang it he said that was the best he sang that during this tour . Yeah I am still melting in that chair.
The second song was Heaven. Words can not describe this song. You get an inner feeling that just takes you to tears. I really want to go where he goes when he sings. I picture him singing at the gate of heaven…….ready to enter. So pure and genuine.
Questions:
1. Not sure if I got it right but something like who would you sing with if you had to pick 1 person. David: Well if she was still alive Eva Cassidy. I love her music.
2. Would you sing Happy Birthday and sign this CD for my birthday. David: He immediately looked at Kristin and then back to us. Again and again……you could tell he was uncomfortable with that queston because he made a hand gesture and pointed to the rest of us………like he was trying to say um yeah but what about everyone else. So some of us said its ok David. Then he smiled and said ok and sign her CD.
3. Gosh another birthday question. Will you sing happy birthday and sign this card for my sister. It was one of those cards that records…… he only said Happy Birthday. So he signed it and then sang the most beautiful happy birthday song. The best I have heard.
Near end of song he said the girls name and then said and to everyone else. That was so funny and cute.
Now it was pic time. I was pretty nervous bit I did ok I did not trip or fall so that was good. I shook his hand and told him thanks for his time. My husband said that he should of won on American Idol. After the pic i told him thanks for everytjing he does for us fans. I told him that he gives so much with the blogs, vlogs, tweets, VIP’s and concerts and that we appreciate it . We will always be there for you and will always have his back. David: ” Aw thanks…..thank you very much” . As I walked away I felt like I was on a cloud floating. Yeah I did it! Then panic struck me OH NO I forgot to get a HUG. DANG IT….. I wanted a hug so bad I have been waiting for one. After the picture time David was getting ready to leave and was walking in my direction so I thought what the heck …..so I asked him and he said, “yeah sure”. Ok so how are you suppose to first let go of him and then to be able to walk away from this awesome experience. He even gave me a little pat on my back. Oh my heck I really do not know how I made it throught that first hug. He is so kind and gentle. Ok my life is now complete…..
The concert was incredible! We did not have the best seats but it did not matter just hearing David ’s voice soaring through the arena was a real treat! He was bouncing all around the stage and on ZG he put in a few new moves. It was awesome! Everyone was singing along to Apologize and Crush. Oh what a feeling!
I just want to THANK my husband he was a trooper during the VIP and the concert. He took videos which are pretty good but we did not have the best angle because we were too far away. He seemed to really enjoy himself and I think he kind of had a liking to David. YAHOO!!! Ok ladies there is hope with our husbands. HA HA I cracked up when my husband told David that he should of won American Idol. I think my husband is getting it about David. Sorry if this story bores I am not very good in the writing area. David for the win!!!

Going into this we were sure the show would only appeal to childeren but were pleasently surprised to find ourselves entertained as well! David Archuleta (sp?) wasn’t my favorite on that season of american idol, so when i heard he was coming i didn’t really care – he just seems to immature for me. but seeing him live from your tv and seeing him live some feet away is a totally different story. i never really liked his music, but while he was performing, i really got into it, and i feel in love with his song ‘zero gravity
David Archuleta’s voice is just so pure and angelic. It’s clear and very easy to understand the words. His songs were each different. My favorite had to be Zero Gravity because everyone was jumping and dancing to it.

My two daughters and I came to see Demi, but walked away as HUGE David Archuleta fans! He is honestly one of the most talented people ever to grace the music industry. He involved his audience as he jumped, spun, stomped, waved and pointed his way to my heart. I had never heard him before but picked up a copy of his album as soon as I got home and gifted some to my friends! His songs varied in tempo and it kept his audience enthralled and on the edge of their seats; causing us to eat out of the palm of his adorable hand, jump and scream like we never have before. After David’s breathtaking performance, Demi was coming up short for me. No one really compares to David!

Good morning/afternoon! Waiting for everyone to wake up! I want to hear from all of you that attended the concert last night!

Have you tried clearing your cookings and then going into Google and do a search for FOD or TCA? That’s what I do! They also blocked us but I go thru doing a search on google and it gets me to TCA, FOD…..It Works for Me!:)

Love all those concert reviews from the Ticketmaster
Pam, I’m not having anyproblem with TCA. There’s just this organge box up at the top that says “restrictions failed”. It’s running slow too, which I attribute to all the voting going on. Yesterday I lurked over to Cook’s site and over 1,000 members were logged on and they were all voting so I can imagine the heavy traffic!
Morning Kimk!! It was great to finally meet you yesterday….you’re just as sweet in person as you are on FOD! What a day…night….morning….still pretty tired, the drive home was killer…tough staying awake, until the part where I was almost seriously out of gas, and was talking to AAA just in case! that woke me up!

Kimk ~ sounds like you had an awesome time! I saw some pics on the previous post. Were you in there? GG is as gorgeous as I knew she would be.. All of David’s fans are lovely people, inside an out!
Don’t know if you guys remember this, but when I went to David’s solo concert in Columbus, I “won” some extra tickets from LLALaurie who wasn’t able to go. Anyway, I gave the tickets to a co-worker who took her granddaughter along…her granddaughter didn’t really know who David was…well, needless to say she is a big fan now. I gave her my “I *heart* David” shirt from the VIP…her grandmother said she was so excited and said, “well, Grandma, of course I love David Archuleta!” So I just thought that was so cool…a good deed (thanks LLALaurie) led to a new fan for David. BTW, grandma is taking her shopping this weekend and David’s CD is on the agenda. YAY for new fans of David!!

At the Denver VIP, Kristin said the boys would have to sit up front because David wants it that way, so that they can see!! My grandsons were a little nervous but after they got to sit right in front of the keyboard, they got over the nerves!! My oldest looked back at me and gave me the “thumbs up” sign and i new he was alright!! Afterward he said, I could have touched David’s foot grandma”!!
Archilover he had on a Pokemon shirt and he stood up and kind of pulled
at it to show the young ones the characters and I think he asked
them as he was standing talking to them. He really relates to them!
I love the way David handles things in his diplomatic way…he doesn’t get bent out of shape…just firmly and kindly does what he wants to do…or feels is “right”…when we were at VIP in Pittsburgh, when he was getting ready to sing, someone asked him sing the Selena song and he just politely said, well, I usually sing Heaven and Crazy and then asked us which one we wanted to hear first. He didn’t tell her “no”, just smoothly went on to do what he had planned.

David is just really easy to connect to! he is a celebrity and an incredible pop icon no doubt but he is “real” and human at the same time! He just never fails to amaze me he is so real and human yet his talents are to good to even be real and he is possessed with skill beyond human ability!
my brother and all my cousins LOVED LOVED LOVED pokemon too…. good morning everyone!! still getting my bearing back from the wonderful day i had yesterday! kimk, marylee, pattinc, amy barbs, wanda, kathi and all who i met and hung out with yesterday and last night – ya’ll are some awesome folks, and i lov e you all! the whole day and night was greatttttttttt – i am of course just over the moon being in the same place and space as the crown prince last night – david looked great, no need to go into great detail now about the show – you’ve seen the video and know the drill…. i enjoyed the many demi fans i met and talked with yesterday in line, and in the concert – they seemed really curious and taken with david, and asked tons of questions about him, his songs, all kinds things, so that let’s me know he is registering with them – yayayay…. will drive by post as work permits this morning – back to the gribd, grrrrrrrr.. but with a smile on my face, and a happy heart!

i won’t delay he next time in securing a vip… but i had a blast talking with those demi fans waiting to go into the arena… those girls were a blast, and they were fun to sing along with in david’s set… the ones in front of me knew several songs, and the ones they didn’t, they’d ask me what the words were, lolololol… i told them to buy david’s cd to hear all these great songs !
they were clapping and swaying and jumping right along with us during his set – and a big shot out to christian from loving archie, who was at last night’s show ! 
met this handsome young man last year, in charlotte, waiting online to see the idols… he was a carly fan originally who after seeing and hearing david that night has become a huge david fan and tireless supporter – he has traveled all across the country seeing david in concert, and he saw me last night before i saw him, and we caught up after a year…. david has the best fans out here – that was in evidence last night in greensboro… a shout out and thank to wanda fro archuleta avenue as well, for being so nice and kind to gift me with the gift bag received from the vip… an unsolicited, selfless act that touched my heart… thank you wanda – and i hope we can connect again in greenville
