Just watched Shaheen Jafargholi from Britian’s Got Talent sing “Who’s Loving You” at MJ’s memorial service. Before they zoomed in on him, I thought I was seeing things…I thought it was 12 yr old David up on that stage. Weird. They should have asked David to sing, just sayin’.
hey everybody! at work so i won’t be able to watch all this memorial for mj…he finally found peace. sometimes it’s hard to blame him for his behavior but he was working since he was 5 and was robbed of his childhood. but he did great music that will live on forever and that’s how he will be remembered, a pop icon and legend..

It’s nice to reflect on all the good that MJ did and remembering that he was first a son, brother, father, etc. in the end everybody is just regular people on the inside and to their loved ones it hurts just the same, must be so hard for their loved ones having to share them with the world at times.

BTW – I would shell out 8-12 dollars for one song of David’s, if it was only him singing on it! Unless it was a duet with someone good like Natasha or Jordin, then I would as well, but not MC!
It’s sad that it takes someone dying to refocus on all the good they did – the media loves to sensationalize these celebrities lives and focus on the shocking – it’s pretty clear that Michael Jackson contributed so much to helping others and until now I think a lot of people had forgotten that.
I feel for MJ’s children…they are still so young…their father’s passing will leave a huge hole in their lives.

Yeah, I used Final Cut Express 4 to edit my video’s and then I used LiveType to add the graphics and then finally I put it all together in iDVD. FCE4 comes with LiveType so you don’t have to buy it extra. FCE4 cost 199.00 and it is pretty much the same software as Final Cut Pro which is one of the premier video editing software out there, it cost well over a thousand dollars. For photos, Aperture is very good and cost about the same as FCE4. I don;t have it yet but I am going to get it soon.
To answer your question, FCE4 is way better than imove, you can just do a lot more with it.
Were Michael’s kids raised by him? They didn’t have a mother, right? At least one that was in the home with them? And now reports are that the kids aren’t his biological kids. So many rumors.

I don’t think it mattered if those kids were his biological. I never thought they were. He loved them just like any parent loves their kids, biological or adopted. It’s the same.

Thanks Beth, I didn’t even put the two together. I listened to David’s and then the Uk kid and that kid had to have seen David’s version and been inspired. He looks and sings and acts just like younger David. I wonder when David saw him perform at MJ’s he was blown away with the similarities. Not that he’ll ever say that. But it’s so strangely similar. Wow! Is all I can say.
I think his youngest boy looks a lot like Michael. The same eyes! Does biological really matter, if a child is loved by a parent with their whole heart and soul, does who donated to their being there really matter in the grand scheme of things…

Ya Holly, I’m with you there. But Debbie Rowe brought it out to the media which I think is a shame. She didn’t need to even say that. Especially since the kids may not even have been told this. So, she raised them while young and then gave all rights to Michael. I just haven’t heard a thing about him and his kids ever. I didn’t even know he was still raising them. that’s what I was trying to figure out. But, you say he was the sole parent? He was the one raising them? I bet he was the kindest father to them. They look like him, I think.

Ok, just watched the youtube of Michael Jackson’s daughter speaking. I thought it kinda wierd that the whole family kept jamming the mic up to her face and telling her to speak up . awww, mj’s daughter speaking up brought me in tears. it’s so heartwrenching for a young child like hers to lose a parent. mj’s kids are beautiful. i just hope that they grow up happy and normal.
I think the family realized Paris wanted to speak and wanted to make sure she was heard. They were right there so really didn’t know how the sound was carrying to the audience. They were granting her wish to speak which was probably cathartic for her.

i dont understand i have the song of david duet with miley and have downloaded it on a cd got it some time ago from itunes
I listened to the song with David and Miley. David seemed to have a minor role in the performance. Miley dominated the song, I guess that’s OK if she is the primary star, but it provides limited exposure for David. I don’t see him as a Disney personna. His musicality is much more mature and can be enjoyed by many different audiences. Miley’s music (nothing wrong with it) is geared to the younger crowd and has very little appeal (I think) to people over 19. Won’t buy the album just to hear a little of David on a Disney record. Sorry. Love David and will support him and his music always.

i have been very attentive of demi’s looking forward of “what she has to say about david” even before the concert tour started and up to this time. So far, i saw couple of interviews of her mentioning david only as her opening act singer and that one radio interview – referring him as the “nicest person” – well, artist as to artist comment – zero, zilch – i do not know for what reason she would not. Do not want to spill out bad comments on her – but very disappointed though.
As regards Miley’s album – this is so silly. This is purely marketing strategy for Disney to increase Miley’s album sales – what for, i mean Miley has like 3M followers – no sense at all. I find it obnoxiously funny and stewfeed. Who’s fooling whom?
