Yay we made it to Co. Spgs!!! So David was recording today yay!!! I think we got prayer of the children because that was not where David messed up. Kim…..I think it would be amazing. I loved Michael Bolton singing it but I think David’s voice would be absolutely beautiful singing it. It will only be a matter of time til they get David to do an original song on one of their movies. His voice is perfect for one of those beautiful ballads and he actually has several on his album that would be beautiful……..

GG – I was on twitter aolradio last night– trying to gift the DJ the fan pack – he didnt’ respond. He did say something about they have request days. I think you can always “twitter” a song request…but last night they said they didn’t have ZG so couldn’t play it. I see this morning they have it (???)
I think they want a lot of people to request — as I saw that apparently Cook’s fans found this site and by A LOT them requesting — he played his whole CD (so I read).
Now that a lot of David’s fans know about this…I think it would help if people twittered them daily to play and he did get a lot of requests last night.
Unfortunately I’m at work right now and have a lot to do today…so don’t know if I will have find time to research this more. But maybe someone here can jump on their twitter site and see what’s going on.
Apparently they have request days periodically. Here again…I think emailing requests a couple times a day from everyone that has it won’t hurt — but don’t be crazy/spamming them all day long/every hour. I think we’ve found being steady is better than hitting something head on — does this make sense?
I just discovered this last night…so will research tonight more — just too busy at work today.
I also saw on their site someone requested Michael Johns song — but the DJ said they needed more people to request in order for them to play it. So this tells me we need lots of requests w/out spamming. So I’m thinking. Twitter 3-4 times throughout the day. Besides…they’ll respond back I’m sure if it’s too much.
These are just my observations from what I found out last night. sorry this is so long.
Hi Holly I think the clothes are alright and kind of cracked up with the lo-risers but the outfits aren’t exactly edgy? But I think David has excellent taste in clothes and maybe as he matures he will ‘edge’ out a tad more? I would have never guessed he would be dancing around on stage so who knows? Something nice to think about for sure. Ha just him wearing shorts as most folks do would send the sites in a tissy. Funny stuff!

here’s a good insight regarding fan bundle sales on itunes…this is of course from our dear friend soundscene…..! why oh why itunes….grrrrrrrrrrrrr!
“Ergh… iTunes kind of messed up on the Fan Pack. It started out counting as an album in charting, they switched it to counting as 2 songs and a video, and now it’s back to counting as an album. Which means we never saw how popular the album got to be at its highest.
The Fan Pack EP is charting on iTunes albums overall at #29 right now, and in Pop at #3. It could have been much higher if iTunes hadn’t switched to charting the songs separately. I think they made the switch sometime Wednesday which caused ZG and ATM to tumble down (b/c sales of the Fan Pack no longer counted as sales of the individual songs). The TMH vid also took a tumble (it’s down to #12). But it’s taken this long for the Fan Pack to show up in the feeds.
If they had just been consistent all along the Fan Pack could have gone top 10 overall, showing up on the main page and therefore selling more. *Sigh*”
