It’s great to see the admiration and friendship amongst the idols, they’ve been through so much together. And isn’t that just like David, helping a friend realize their dream?
The story on Ramiele just confirms that I’m rooting for the right guy. David is so generous to put out a word or two for Ramiele. And being of Chinese descent, I do believe in KARMA — good things come around if you do good! So to David, let the “best fortune” come around to you and to all those that are beholden to you!
Way to go David! That must mean the world to her that you would help. That is what true friends are.

Aww, David is just the sweet thing, always cares so much about others! But isn’t Ramiele a little too old for Disney? She’s 21 and they ususally only like teeny boopers, all their stars are early to mid teens!
For Disney to pay attention to David’s referral (i.e. Ramiele), that speaks volumes. Maybe Disney is very likely talking to David about a project, too.

It does make you wonder when and why he was talking to Disney. As far as we know, has he had any dealings with them? He’s a sweetheart to do that for Ramielle, but then, that’s what we expect from him. He’s always concerned that the other idols get attention and success, too.
I love Ramiele so much. I thought she was going to win the competition early on.
She went through a phase where I think she doubted herself and didn’t push herself enough.
In short, she’s a better singer than she gives herself credit for.
I will admit, I tried to save Ramiele by voting for her the night she was voted off. I was so sad that a talent like hers went to waste and that we’d probably never hear from her again.
David, THANK YOU! Thank you for helping Ramiele with her career. She deserves all the success she can get. Hopefully someone will tell her “YES! You can sing…well! Really well!”

I bet Chipotle’s stock just went up about $100 a share. And that’s SO like David reaching out to help Ramiele, his caring attitude is beyond description. Actually David himself is way beyond any words that are in my vocabulary!

That page is about getting David on the cover of Seventeen magazine. He’s been featured on their website a couple of times, the Editor-In-Chief LOVES him (he was her favorite since the beginning), and hey, guys can be on the cover too, Teddy Geiger was! Plus, for 4 more months, David is still 17. How perfect is that? He could always be in the mag later, but it would be cool if they could feature him soon, around the time of his CD’s release – that would be a HUGE promotion for him!!!

I just added When You Say You Love Me from Kansas City to the original post. Aaahhhh….
I just emailed the link to my parents (since I can’t actually donate money). They’ll probably say something like “Why now, just because it’s in David’s name, why not for any other causes.”
But my mom recently told us about visiting a friend of hers who has cancer. I didn’t know about that before. So I think my mom is more personally affected by that than she was before. She also works in a hospital, she knows about death and disease and these things in life
My dad is a doctor as well, he has seen tons of people with chronic diseases. I really hope he does donate to this.
I heard that David wasn’t treated very well in KC. Also, a story about these two men who were booing during David’s set came up. And after Stand By Me, David said, “I only have one more more song in my set before Cook” and sounded apologetic to sing. Poor David. =[
I can’t believe the KC crowd was so rude to him. Remember David saying how proud he was of his SLC crowd for cheering for everyone? David didn’t get that in KC.

I think we can see that David is already a power broker, carrying status in the music world. I think it goes without saying he uses it wisely, for his friends. You have to love him even more when you hear about things like this.

Someone should seriously check if David’s got wings on his back because what he did for Ramiele is so nice! This could possibly be Ramiele’s boost to get with Disney, and David was the reason for it (well along with Rami’s awesomeness haha). Another important fact is that Disney cares about David’s opinion enough to call back Ramiele, which is awesome!
Aww, David really was so kind to talk to the Disney producers for Ramielle. (That would be reason # one million and one why I love him so much, lol). I read in one of her interviews previously that she is not fond of touring and would like to work for Disney. I hope it works out for her…On another note, Crush is up to #2 on Amazon!! Go David!

I have read before that even before the Finale of AI, Disney has offered DA apart in High School 3 which he declined. So I think , Disney still is hoping they get DA sometime. That’s how DA has clout with Disney. Disney has been courting DA to sign up with them. haha

#51 mj – Thanks. Out of my 3 children he is the most sensative, loving and caring. I have a Home Day Care and he asks the parents how was their day when they come to pick up their children. I always thought that to be weird, but after David I found it to be a Blessing.
Just returned from the second KC show — KC was fantastic to David — I don’t know what people are talking about the first show — absolutely nothing of the sort– the crowd screamed for him, great applause between numbers, just wonderful really! David himself told KC how great they have been. David C did a little hand bow and David A did his jumpy jumps pointing to Cook. There was a Mavid.
I had the pleasure to meet David and his father — the absolutley nicest, genuine people you can imagine. My great Enabler was quite smitten with David – you just cannot be in this young mans presence and not be taking in. It’s incredible.
