When I put together the book for the male fans of David’s fans, I kept in touch with some of David’s male and female fans. I have been emailing a friend I meet from the Phillippines. I asked him if it would be ok to pass on the latest Archu-news going on in the Philippines. He said it would be ok,so I have attached a few pic’s of the impressive displays in a store there and this was what he had to say:

I didn’t want to. Then I found out that they all came out. I was bummed to say the least. My kids were very mad at me for a long time about that and I really regret it now. 43…niceshoes…I have lived in GR for 40 years, so I do know where Grant is. My son played travel hockey when he was young and his son plays. We traveled and still travel all over Michigan for hockey games and tournaments. We have either been to or driven through most towns in the state. Great state, except in the winter….unless you ski, of course, then it is great year round.
I meant I guess I am spoiled after the played….
Dodge Arena is in McAllen but its too big. I will see if they have anything in Harlingen. I think they may have something in Weslaco too.
Robin F ! David should tour to Corpus Christi TX ! they have a awesome convention Center and erana by the bay!! and its only a 2 and a half hour drive from the valley! And its probably a nice size place too.

Grand Rapid, Mi. has a Forest Hills Fine Arts Center….really nice venue… and it seats about 1600, I think. I can just see David on that stage. It is a big stage, so a band would be great.
50…I was in Boston for my grandson’s first day of school (kindergarten), so I missed the whole thing. I was pretty sick about that. I have watched the videos over and over, and he was so amazing….by far the best of the lot.

Morning Everybody! Yes, today is the 1 year anniversary when David was introduced to the world. I didn’t see it since I didn’t tune in Idol until April 22, but I’ve got it downloaded! Today demands a recap, so here it is, and I’ll post it again tonight for the evening folks.
WAITING ON THE WORLD TO CHANGE
For 16 year old David Archuleta it’s been an emotional road just getting here.
David: A few years ago I had this vocal paralysis “It was giving me a hard time, just talking even, but it was getting really bad and we went to an ear nose and throat doctor, he noticed that one of my vocal chords wasn’t moving, and it was a paralyzed vocal chord. They said I could have surgery if I wanted to but they said that was way risky and I didn’t really want to take the risk cause I want to SING you know” (Ryan: How do you stand now, you feel like you’ve recovered?) “Yea, I think I’ve, if I haven’t recovered all the way I’ve recovered a ton, so..I’m really happy about it.”
Paula: How did you get vocal paralysis?
David: I think I just got sick one time really bad with like bronchitis. It was only partially paralyzed, like one of them, and it was hard to talk for like a long time, and sing, like I’d get really worn out and then I’d be like uhhhggg hahaa.
Randy: But you’re better now?
David: Yea, yea!
Randy: All right, so lets do it, whatcha gonna sing man?
David: I’m going to sing “Waiting on the World to Change” by John Mayer.
Randy: Go for it…
David sings…….(Randy joins in, Paula’s grooving, and Simon is smiling, observing intently, thinking to himself “FINALLY, a rose among the thorns!”)
Simon: Thank you, what do you think Randy?
Randy: Ahh I actually think man, all things considered, you have an actually really good voice…I was impressed…16. (David: Thank you) I thought you sounded good. I heard no signs of any vocal whatever paralysisms, it was great!
David: Thank you! (with that David smile)
Paula: I think you have a nice tone, mature for your young age, and you’re a sweetheart. I think you’re talented. (David humbly still with that smile: thank you) You’re welcome.
Simon (with earnest sincerity): David I have to say I agree with Paula and Randy, I thought it was a great choice of song by the way. (ah thank you!) Really like that. (David: ah, me too, so (with a bigger smile)) Okay Randy, yes or no –
Randy: (note: Paula is grinning ear to ear, but David has that effect on people doesn’t he) Hundred MILLION percent yes dude, I love you. (David smiling: ahh thanks)
Paula: mmm squish you! (David: ahHa)
Simon: Alright, that’s a no from Paula, it’s a yes from me, two yeses!
Randy: Welcome to Hollywood David, (David: Thank you! Thank you! whoo) San Diegos one up for you dawg. (Paula: applauding, makes pumping action with her arms, WHOOO) (this is where I start to tear up!)
David exits audition room, aunt jumps up and down and screams “Yes David!” and hugs him around the neck. Jeff moves in for a hug.

Good Morning! I wish I could stay and chat, but very busy day at work.
I would appreciate your prayers again this mornig. My father-in-law has been in the hospital since Saturday. As I have mentioned before, he has cancer. He was admitted for a blockage in his stomach, because his liver and intestines are failing due to the cancer. He has not eaten in a week and has been fed by IV. The blockage has not cleared itself up, so they are doing surgery as I type this. The cancer is in his abdoman, so opening him up is a scary thing. So, if you will please send some prayers his way I would greatly appreciate it.
Thank you in advance for your thoughts. I’m blessed to have such a wonderful group of people to share this with.

Deseret News reports that “Idol” senior producer Patrick Lynn says while nothing is set out of the estimated 4,000-6,000 people who showed up to audition for the eight season of American Idol this morning at the EnergySolutions Arena, only about 200-400 are expected to make it to the second of three rounds.

Cute little story! I managed to slip away from work for lunch and have lunch with my children at their school. I was lucky enough to be surrounded by my daughter and 5 other little girls. Now we are talking about 9 yr. old, giggly, little girls…THAT ALL LOVE DAVID! None of them believed Marisa that she actually got to meet him. I confirmed that she had infact met him, taken pictures with him and seen him in concert…to which they all replied “That is not fair!” It was loud enough that the teacher gave us that stern, be quiet, teacher look! The giggle fest, along with the discussion of how CUTE David is lasted for 30 minutes. My daughter and I have decided to purchase iTune gift cards for all of them!
I’d say I had quite a wonderful lunch.

Another annoying requesting story, I was in NYC yesterday and during a break called Z100 to request ALTNOY. I got thru surprisingly quickly but the person who answered the phone said that they have not added ALTNOY because it’s not on the Top 40 charts. How can it get there unless the big markets add it??

Hey everyone! What a great day today is! I can’t believe it’s been a whole year! Thank God I decided to watch AI again last year. I have always watched the show, and then I did not watch season 6 because I wasn’t too happy with AI5 and didn’t have too much time anyway. I saw the finale and liked Jordin, and what she came out with later on, so I decided to watch AI7 because there might be someone that was really good. Man, that sure was the best decision I have ever made! I thought I would see a good singer, but not anything like this! I got to witness a phenomenal singer, and even better, a truly great human being! Of course I loved David’s voice, but his personality is what made me stick by him and really become a huge fan!
